Three methods to improve the performance of plastic beer packaging

In order to increase the transparency of the bottle body, the stability of the plastic material and improve the heat resistance of the carpet filter with full coverage and no dead corners, the plastic material can be partially crystallized through pressure and heat treatment during the bottle making process

 III. coating treatment. The inner coating technology uses hydrogen and oxygen electrolysis to coat a thin carbon layer on the inside of PET bottles. Its advantage is that the permeability is reduced by about 81%, and the appearance of the bottles is bright and beautiful. However, as it is an internal coating, other substances should be considered to dissolve in food to avoid affecting the flavor and taste of food.
